Day 1: Lima
Meet and greet upon arrival of your international flight at Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima, followed by a transfer to the hotel.
A French-speaking representative will be waiting for you at the airport and will give you your travel documents.

Day 2: Lima
South of Lima, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, lies the capital’s most inspiring neighborhood: Barranco, a historic haven for artists, writers, and dreamers.
During this half-day tour, we’ll stroll through its quiet, colorful streets, where historic Republican-era houses stand side by side with contemporary galleries and vibrant urban art murals.
We’ll cross the iconic Bridge of Sighs, the setting for legends and Creole songs, and head down the traditional Bajada de los Baños toward the sea, where the neighborhood began as a historic seaside resort in Lima.
At the end of the tour, I head back to the hotel feeling like I’ve discovered the city’s most creative and authentic side.
Natural wine and pisco tasting with Peruvian chocolate

Savor a cup of coffee brewed by baristas, discover the richness of native cacao varieties during a guided tasting, and finish with an exceptional pairing of chocolates with natural wine and artisanal pisco. Day 3: Lima – Ica
A tour by private vehicle with a French-speaking guide along the Pan-American Highway.
Travel time is approximately 4 to 5 hours.
Arrival at the hotel in Ica and free time.
At 4:30 p.m., you’ll begin with a tour of the Santiago Queirolo estate accompanied by a sommelier. There, you’ll explore the distillation area, where you’ll learn about modern wine and pisco production techniques at this estate, which boasts over 225 hectares of vineyards.
Then you’ll enjoy a glass of sparkling wine at the top of the lookout point, with a magnificent view of the vineyards at sunset.
You’ll conclude the tour with a tasting of dry and semi-dry wines made from various grape varieties (Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc, Tannat, and Chardonnay) and piscos, notably Pisco Quebranta—a distinctive Peruvian spirit with silvery hues and aromas of grapes and almonds—or Pisco Italia, a smooth, aromatic spirit with flavors of pineapple and dried fruit.

Day 4: Ica – Paracas
Early morning departure for Paracas to explore the spectacular Paracas National Reserve.
In the heart of the spectacular Paracas National Reserve, where the desert meets the Pacific Ocean, enjoy an authentic experience alongside Pablo, a passionate pioneer of scallop farming in the bay.
After a friendly introduction to farming techniques and the unique characteristics of this iconic species of Paracas, you’ll board a boat bound for a small islet just a few meters from the shore. In these nutrient-rich waters, the clams thrive in a pristine natural environment. It’s not uncommon to spot a few sea lions basking in the sun along the way.
Once you arrive at the farm, it’s time for the experience: you’ll harvest your own scallops, guided by Pablo, before enjoying them fresh from the water. A simple yet exceptional moment, where freshness and authenticity come together in a unique natural setting.
A culinary and cultural experience right by the sea, revealing another side of Paracas: its traditions, craftsmanship, and natural generosity.
Day 5: Paracas – Lima
In the morning, departure for the port of Paracas.
A boat tour to the Ballestas Islands on a shared boat with a local Spanish-speaking guide, where you’ll find numerous sea lions and a variety of birds peacefully waiting for you.
Also known as the "Galápagos of Peru," this archipelago is famous for the harvesting of guano, which has accumulated over centuries on the coastal cliffs.
Surrounded by cold waters teeming with fish, these islands are also an important bird sanctuary home to numerous bird colonies (penguins, cormorants, terns, and more), as well as a large number of sea lions that you can observe from the boat.
Return trip to Lima and transfer to your hotel.

Day 6: Lima – Arequipa
Flight to Arequipa. Meet and greet upon arrival at Arequipa Airport and transfer to the hotel.
Enjoy a peaceful afternoon exploring Arequipa.

To round off the day, the Yanahuara viewpoint offers an unforgettable panoramic view of the White City, framed by the imposing volcanoes Misti, Chachani, and Pichu Pichu.

Day 7: Arequipa
Let’s set out for a day exploring the “White City” of Arequipa.
First stop: a tour of the parade ground, with stops along the way at the convent and the sacristy of the Jesuit Church, built in the 17th century.
The morning continues with a visit to the Franciscan monastery of La Recoleta, founded in 1648. A masterpiece of the colonial architecture typical of Arequipa, it features four magnificent cloisters where absolute tranquility reigns. You can climb to the monastery’s observation deck to enjoy a view of the city.
Continue on foot for about 15 minutes to the Yanahuara viewpoint, where you can admire Mount Misti.

Our tour of Arequipa continues in the early afternoon with a visit to the Santa Catalina Monastery, which is like a small town within the city, with its narrow streets lined with little houses painted in shades of ochre, blue, and white, its squares and fountains—a setting reminiscent of distant Andalusia.
Walk back to the hotel after the tour.

Day 8: Arequipa – Puno
Depart by private vehicle for Puno, a city located on the shores of Lake Titicaca. This itinerary offers a chance to explore the somewhat unique landscapes of the Altiplano.
On the way, visit the Chullpas of Sillustani, circular stone burial towers that can reach up to twelve meters in height.

Day 9: Puno – Llachon – Ccotos Peninsula – Puno
At 9 a.m., we’ll depart by private vehicle for the small village of Paramis.
You’ll spend the morning learning about your hosts’ traditional skills as they show you how to make quispiño, a snack made from quinoa flour, and explain the uses of various medicinal plants found in the region. Lunch at a local’s home.
In the afternoon, hike from the village of Paramis to the port of Ccotos. You’ll walk past farm fields and enjoy a stunning view of Lake Titicaca. If the sky is clear, you’ll even be able to see the Bolivian Cordillera Real on the horizon.
Arrival in Ccotos, where you’ll pick up your vehicle to return to Puno.

Day 10: Puno – Tinajani – Raqchi – Cusco
Early in the morning, depart by private vehicle from Puno to Cusco, the former capital of the Inca Empire and the cultural heart of the Andes.
The route winds through the open landscapes of the Altiplano, reaching La Raya Pass (4,320 m), the highest point along the route, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the mountains and vast plains.
Along the way, we’ll make a detour to the spectacular Tinajani Canyon, a little-known natural site that surprises visitors with its monumental rock formations—sculpted by erosion and of volcanic origin. We’ll take a walk through this unique environment, which local communities also consider a place of powerful energy. With a little luck, we’ll be able to spot the majestic Andean condor and herds of wild llamas.
We continue on to the archaeological site of Raqchi, home to the imposing Temple of Wiracocha, the creator deity in the Inca worldview. This complex also features the remains of a large administrative city, with more than 160 circular structures that served as warehouses for the Empire.
Arrive in Cusco in the late afternoon and transfer to your hotel.

Day 11: Cusco
A half-day tour of Cusco’s historic center, accompanied by your guide.
A stroll through the narrow streets and small squares of the San Blas neighborhood, known for its artistic atmosphere and bohemian charm.
Cusco, a city with a history stretching back a thousand years, captivates visitors with the harmony between its Inca heritage and its colonial architecture. As you explore the city, you’ll be fascinated by the precision and perfection of the stone walls, a testament to the impressive craftsmanship of the Incas.
Along the way, you’ll come across men and women dressed in colorful traditional costumes from the Sacred Valley of the Incas, who come to town to sell their goods at the local markets.
An ideal tour for immersing yourself in Cusco’s unique atmosphere and discovering its rich culture and people.
Visit to the Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun) and the cathedral, which houses numerous paintings and other treasures made of gold, silver, and precious stones.
In the afternoon, accompanied by a professional bartender, you’ll enjoy a unique experience as you visit some of Cusco’s most iconic bars and restaurants to discover the flavors of pisco and learn how to make your own cocktails.
The experience begins at the “Taberna” section of Pachapapa restaurant, where you’ll receive an introduction to pisco: its history, production methods, and unique characteristics. Next, you’ll taste three varieties of pisco and learn how to make a house cocktail, such as the Cholo Sour, inspired by the coca leaf.
Next, head to Kion, where you’ll prepare a Ten’Cantalá, a cocktail that combines pisco and ginger in a refreshing and original twist.
The experience concludes at Inka Grill with a tasting of pisco punch, accompanied by a delicious appetizer.

Day 12: Cusco – Sacsayhuaman – Pisac – Ollantaytambo
A private tour by car with your guide from Cusco to explore the majestic Sacred Valley of the Incas.
The first stop takes us to Sacsayhuamán. Its gigantic, perfectly fitted stone blocks and strategic location offer an exceptional panoramic view of the city and the surrounding mountains.
Continue on to Pisac, an important site of Inca culture. Its archaeological complex includes administrative, religious, and military areas spread across the mountainside. After the tour, take a stroll through its colorful artisan market, where you can discover textiles and local products.
The day ends in Ollantaytambo, known as “the last living Inca village,” where ancient traditions are still very much a part of daily life. Visit its imposing fortress.

Day 13: Ollantaytambo – Huayopata
On the Amazonian side of the Andes, in the heart of Huayopata, lies Julia’s welcoming farm—a place where rural life is lived with authenticity and a deep connection to nature.
Departure for the rainforest (about 3 hours), where the Andean landscape gives way to a lush tropical environment. Upon arrival, they will be welcomed by Julia and her family, who will open the doors of their home to share their daily life with them.
A homemade lunch made with fresh produce from the farm.
In the afternoon, immerse yourself in local farm life with a walk through the plantations, discovering the variety of tropical fruits and helping with the coffee harvest. Along the way, you’ll learn about farming practices and the unique aspects of this organic production.
Back at the farm, participants are introduced to the entire coffee-making process: pulping, drying, roasting, and grinding the beans. It’s a hands-on sensory experience that concludes with a tasting of their own freshly brewed coffee.
Free time to enjoy the surroundings, followed by a traditional dinner and an overnight stay at the farm.
Day 14: Huayopata – Santa Teresa – Aguas Calientes
After breakfast, we’ll continue our farm experience with a tour of the cacao plantations. Guided by our staff, you’ll learn about the different stages of this iconic crop, from flower to harvest.
The experience is hands-on: you’ll crack open the pods, remove the pulp, roast, and grind the cacao beans using traditional methods. The highlight is tasting your own cacao paste, served with fresh fruit from the plantation and a comforting cup of hot chocolate. Lunch at Julia’s before heading to Santa Teresa.
Along the way, you can relax in the thermal waters of Baños Termales de Cocalmayo, surrounded by lush vegetation (admission not included; approximately 15 soles).
From Santa Teresa, continue on to Aguas Calientes. A day that combines nature, tradition, and adventure in a unique tropical setting on the way to Machu Picchu.
At the end of the day, we arrive in the village of Aguas Calientes.

Day 15: Aguas Calientes – Machu Picchu – Aguas Calientes – Ollantaytambo
You’ll board the shuttles that take you to the entrance gates of Machu Picchu. Shuttles depart every 5 minutes for both the ascent and descent, and the ride takes about 30 minutes.
Arrival at Machu Picchu, a wonder of the world. Three types of tours are available on site (must be booked in advance)
In the afternoon, you’ll board a train to Ollantaytambo.

Day 16: Ollantaytambo – Maras – Moray – Chinchero – Cusco
Depart by private vehicle for a day trip to the heart of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, where you’ll experience breathtaking landscapes, Inca heritage, and living traditions.
You will first explore the site of Moray, an astonishing complex of circular terraces that served as an agricultural laboratory for the Incas, before continuing on to the spectacular salt flats of Maras, where thousands of salt pans create a striking landscape on the mountainside.
The day continues in Chinchero, where we meet the Choqque family, who have been passing down their expertise in Andean tubers for generations. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Andean peaks, this visit offers a glimpse into an agricultural project that blends ancestral traditions with research and sustainable innovation.
As you tour the house, cellar, fields, and laboratory, you’ll learn more about the cultivation of native potatoes, oca, and mashua, as well as how they’re transformed into unique products, including the surprising oca wine. The experience concludes with a guided tasting and a food-and-wine pairing featuring dishes made from these organic crops.
This approximately two-hour tour offers a wonderful introduction to sustainable Andean agriculture and local expertise before returning to Cusco.
Day 17: Cusco – Lima
