Day 1: Santiago, Chile
Your English-speaking guide will pick you up at the Santiago airport and take you to your hotel. Welcome to Chile! Accompanied by your private guide, you’ll set off on a half-day tour of the Chilean capital, a metropolis nestled at the foot of the Andes with unparalleled charm. Although Santiago has evolved over the years into a modern and vibrant city, certain neighborhoods have retained all their romantic charm.
From the central Plaza de Armas to the colorful streets of the Bellavista neighborhood, via the lush Santa Lucia Hill, you’ll learn more about Chile’s tumultuous and fascinating history as you explore.

Day 2: Santiago, Chile
Today you’re off for a day of exploring Santiago’s street food scene. The day begins at the Vega Central, a market hall built in 1910, where you’ll sample the famous sopaipilla, a fried flatbread made from squash.
Across the Mapocho River, visit the Central Market, a building dating back to 1872, known for its fresh fish and seafood, as well as its seafood restaurants.
Just around the corner from the Central Market is Santiago’s oldest empanada shop. Sample traditional empanadas (stuffed pastries) filled with meat or cheese.
Head to the gastronomic district of Lastarria, where a pisco tasting awaits you at Chipe Libre. The tour ends at the top of San Cristóbal Hill, where you’ll sample the famous moté con huesillo while taking in the panoramic views of the city and the Andes. Day 3: Santiago, Chile
Your guide will pick you up at your hotel for a day of wine tourism in the Casablanca Valley, famous for its Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and, more recently, its Pinot Noir.
First stop: the Emiliana organic and biodynamic vineyard, a symbol of Chile’s wine renaissance. You’ll tour the estate before tasting four premium wines paired with chocolates or cheeses, followed by the prestigious Gê.
The tour continues at the Villard family vineyard, run by the Franco-Chilean family. After a welcome glass of wine, you’ll learn about the estate’s history and the creation of the Tanagra line, then tour the cellar and barrel room accompanied by Thierry or Jean-Charles Villard. The tasting takes place over a full lunch (appetizer, main course, dessert) paired with 5 wines from the Expresion, Grand Vin, and Tanagra ranges.
At the end of the day, check in at the La Casona Viña Matetic**** hotel, nestled in the heart of the vineyards. Dinner is included, accompanied by half a bottle of Corralillo wine per person.
Day 4: Matetic Vineyards
Enjoy an immersive day at the heart of the estate, with all meals included and accompanied by wine tastings.
In the morning, explore the Matetic cellars before sampling four wines from the Ultra Premium Equilibrio line.
In the afternoon, choose your guided tour: on horseback, by bike, on foot, or by car—explore the estate however you like.

Day 5: Casablanca Valley
Your driver will pick you up at your hotel in Casablanca and drive you to Valparaíso. Overnight stay at the Palacio Astoreca **** Hotel, Premium Room.
After breakfast, you can explore the area around the estate—either with a guide or on your own—through the region’s beautiful vineyard landscapes.
After one last lunch at the estate, it’s time to leave the vineyard.
Day 6: Valparaíso
Immerse yourself in the colorful world of Valparaíso’s street art on a stroll through the Cerros Alegre and Concepción neighborhoods. Discover the murals and the stories behind the local street artists, which reflect Chilean and South American culture.
After lunch on your own, head to an artist’s studio to learn spray-paint graffiti techniques, then create your own mural in the streets of Valparaíso.
Return to your hotel at the end of the day. Overnight stay at the Palacio Astoreca **** Hotel, Premium Room.
Day 7: Valparaíso
Mauricio, a Chilean chef, will pick you up at your hotel. He’ll take you to the port of Valparaíso to select your fish. This is your chance to watch the local fishermen at work and chat with them.
He then takes you to his home to reveal one of the best-kept secrets of Chilean cuisine: traditional ceviche. During this workshop, you’ll prepare the famous ceviche step by step with the chef’s help, then enjoy it on his beautiful terrace.
Return to your hotel in the early afternoon. Overnight stay at the Palacio Astoreca **** Hotel, Premium Room.
Day 8: Valparaíso
Drive along the Pacific coast to Isla Negra, a charming cove lined with coastal pines, to visit one of Pablo Neruda’s homes. This iconic site, where the poet drew much of his inspiration, reflects his love for the sea and the unusual objects he collected.
The tour continues through the wine-growing valleys between the mountain range and the ocean, with a stop at the Casa Marin estate. Founded in 2000 by María Luz Marín—the first female winemaker and vineyard owner in South America—this San Antonio appellation estate has successfully overcome the challenges posed by its proximity to the ocean. Today, it is renowned for its exceptional wines and its family-oriented spirit. Tour of the main house, the vineyards, and the winery, followed by a tasting of three wines (two whites and one red).
At the end of the day, you’ll arrive at your hotel in the Colchagua Valley, near Santa Cruz (about a 3-hour drive from Isla Negra).

Day 9: Santa Cruz
Your English-speaking guide will pick you up at your hotel to show you around the Colchagua Valley and take you to the wineries of your choice. The Colchagua Valley is renowned for its red wines: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Carmenère, Malbec, Syrah…
Along the way, you can visit the Colchagua Museum, which houses Chile’s largest private collection and traces the country’s entire history.
Return to your hotel at the end of the day. Then head to the Montgras vineyard in the Colchagua Valley. After touring the estate, you’ll take part in a unique workshop: making your own Chilean wine. On the agenda: blending, bottling, corking, and labeling… You’ll continue with a visit to the Attilio & Mochi vineyard, owned by a couple of Brazilian winemakers, Marcos Attilio and Angela Mochi, who settled a few years ago in the heart of the Casablanca Valley.
The tour begins with a tour of the vineyard and an introduction to the different grape varieties, followed by a tasting of three signature wines. Overnight stay at the Noi Blend Colchagua**** hotel in a deluxe room.
Day 10: Santa Cruz
Another day exploring the Colchagua Valley and its surroundings. Your guide will take you through the vineyards according to your itinerary.
Return to Santiago in the late afternoon. You’ll have lunch at the Santa Rita restaurant. On the way, visit the Santa Rita vineyard, located at the foot of the Andes Mountains.
